1. No data collection We do not collect, store, use, or share any personal or non-personal data from users of this Mod. This Mod is designed to operate offline and does not transmit any information to the developer or any third party.
2. General license Permitted Use: You may download and use this Mod for personal, non-commercial use on the Minecraft game client. Redistribution/Modpacks: You are free to include this Mod in a modpack, provided that the Mod remains unaltered and is credited to the developer, and only on the Curseforge and Modrinth platforms. Streaming/Videos: You may create videos, streams, or other content using this Mod, including monetized content.
3. Restrictions No Commercial Use (Exclusions Apply): You may not sell this Mod or any version of it for money. The only exception is through approved platforms, where distribution of mods is allowed for monetization, as long as it complies with Mojang’s End-User License Agreement (EULA). No Alterations: You may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Mod’s code. No Deception: You may not present this Mod as your own original work or remove the original developer’s credits. Mojang EULA Compliance: Your use of this Mod must also comply with the official Minecraft EULA.
4. Disclaimers and limitations “As Is” Basis: This Mod is provided “as is,” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer makes no promises regarding its performance, compatibility, or reliability. No Liability: The developer is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or any other issues that may arise from your use of this Mod. You use this Mod at your own risk. No Affiliation: This Mod is not official and is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft, or any other party.
5. Termination The developer reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Mod and delete all copies.
6. Changes to these terms The developer may revise or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated here. It is your responsibility to review the terms for any updates.

Ownership has the right to submit takedown notices/requests and cease and desist notices to any person, including former staff. This mod is considered a Joint Work product
